Every year the North Bend Rails-to-Trails Foundation Inc. holds a Luminary Hike the Friday evening before National Trails Day, which is the first Saturday in June.

 

We will meet at Shelter 3 at the North Bend State Park. There are signs at the park to help guide the way to Shelter 3. The walk will last approximately an hour and a half and will cover 1.5 miles of trail.

Experience the trail lit by beautiful luminaries as you hike to Tunnel 13. Local lore, history and ghost stories will be shared along the way.

Hikers will depart from Shelter 13 at 8:00 pm.
